1.1 Citymob.co.za offers daily designed sales on premium products and hand-selected styles at up to 70% off retail. Membership is free, but by invitation only. Members receive exclusive access to featured personalities, leading designers, bespoke experiences, collaborative pop-up shops and more. Through the website Citymob consumers can purchase products of third party participating vendors for delivery nationwide or purchase coupons for special deals on services and/or products of third party participating vendors.
Citymob's online communities allow people, through the use of our website, Facebook groups, mobile apps and various other social media platforms, to discuss, recommend and browse the the city cool.

For coupon only orders:
2.4.1 If your cart contains only coupons, proceed to payment page and make payment.
For orders that contain products:
2.4.2 If your cart contains products, proceed to shipping and billing details page. Thereafter proceed to payment page and make payment.
2.5 Your shipping expense and total order costs will be displayed on the payments page.
2.6. When you have pressed the "Place you Order" button you have confirmed the conditions of use and the statement of intent to purchase.
2.7. Confirmation of the transaction takes place by sending you an order confirmation email.
Coupons:
2.7.1.1. Coupons will be sent in a separate email (to the same address) as one or multiple pdf attachments. You should receive the email after receipt of the order confirmation email as per 2.7 above. Your coupon can only be used within the valid period of redemption, which may only start sometime after receipt of your coupon. The valid period of redemption will be set out on your coupon.
2.7.1.2. Coupons must be printed and then presented at the participating vendor.
2.7.2.1. Products will be shipped as per the stated shipping times of the particular product ordered (see the “Shipping & Returns” tab on the product page).
It may happen that items in your cart were purchased from different sales and different participating vendors. In this case, shipping times will be as per the item in your cart with the longest estimated delivery time.
2.7.2.2. Actual Shipping times will vary and are an estimation only. Please see our "Shipping & Return Policy" for more information
2.8. The sale shall be completed only when the payment has been processed fully and Citymob has received the money. If payment fails due to the account not existing, insufficient funds, the credit card number or other information being incorrect etc. the sale is not effected.
3.1 Citymob issues coupons on behalf of our participating vendors who provide the product or service (the special promotional deals).
3.2 Where Citymob is responsible for the shipping of products, no coupon will be issued. Citymob sells these products on behalf of our participating vendors, who provide the product.
3.3 If the coupon is only valid for a set period, the coupon may only be used during the period stated in the conditions of the offer. If the customer chooses not to use the coupon during this period, the coupon expires.
3.4 The value of the coupon can only be redeemed after the closing of the offer.
3.5 The coupon will be sent by email, to the address we have on record once the sale has been processed successfully.
3.6 All coupons have a unique code that will be confirmed with the participating vendor. The coupon is transferable. Citymob reserves the right to take legal action if there is any reproduction, editing or manipulation of the coupons.
3.7 Unless there is an indication to the contrary in the conditions of the offer:
3.8 The duration of the sale of a coupon is limited and is determined individually for each offer. No more coupons can be bought after expiration of this limited period.
A 5 working day cooling off period applies to all purchases. You can cancel your purchase by contacting support@citymob.co.za . Cancellations requested after 5 working days may be refused, alternatively 10% of the order total or R69 (whichever the greater fee is) will be deducted from the refund amount. In the case of coupons, the 5 days may be less if the event or the valid period of redemption of the coupon is earlier than 5 days.
5.1 Because Citymob pays the money that you paid for the product or coupon over to the participating vendor, Citymob cannot always refund your money. Citymob is not obliged to refund you where you could not use or redeem the coupon for whatever reason, or where you are not happy with the event, service or product for whatever reason. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for more information on returns and refunds.
5.2 In particular, we will not agree to a refund where you failed to redeem a coupon in time (for whatever reason) or where the participating vendor failed to provide a satisfactory service, or none at all. You will have to take this up with the participating vendor directly.
6.1 We are an intermediary as defined in the Consumer Protection Act between you and the participating vendor. This means that we represent the participating vendor when offering and selling you the product or coupon.
6.2 Citymob's service is limited to the sale of products and coupons for our participating vendors' offerings. Our participating vendors perform their services under their respective General Terms and Conditions. Citymob therefore acts as agent of the participating vendor in bringing the special deals to your attention, and accepting your payment on their behalf. We then pay the money over to the participating vendors after deducting a fee for our services.
6.3 Unfortunately Citymob cannot provide any guarantee that any particular participating vendor will honour its undertakings, or that some event might make it impossible for a participating vendor to deliver on a promise. It is just not within our control. Citymob is therefore not liable for the performance of services or quality of goods specified in our offers. We go out of our way to pick our participating vendors carefully and we work hard to prevent any disappointment.
AA successful referral is defined as any user who becomes a member of Citymob through your unique referral link. Referral links are sent via Facebook and/or Twitter and/or Email and generated by the referral tool available on www.citymob.co.za.
Member Access:
Pre Membership:
1) Priority access
Sign up to Citymob qualifies you as a pre-member. To become a member, you have to successfully refer 3 friends through the referral tool. Priority access is required to view and purchase sales on the website. All existing Citymob members automatically qualify for Priority access.
Membership Levels:
2) Pioneer Member. This is achieved by successfully referring another 10 friends. In doing so, you also earn R200 in Citymob credit, paid into your Wallet for use on future purchases.
3) VIP Member. This is achieved by successfully referring another 15 friends (25 in total). In doing so, you also earn R300 in Citymob credit (R500 in total), paid into your Wallet for use on future purchases.
4) Elite Member. This is achieved by successfully referring another 25 friends (50 in total). In doing so, you also earn R500 in Citymob credit (R1000 in total), paid into your Wallet for use on future purchases.
Post Purchase bonus:
1) Post purchase, every user has the opportunity to tell their friends of their Citymob purchase. This is achieved through the referral tool on www.citymob.co.za and can be shared via Facebook and/or Twitter and/or Email.
2) You receive R150 credit in the event of a successful post purchase referral.
3) The bonus is unlocked when a referred friend becomes a member AND purchases within 7 days. The purchase value must equal or exceed R150, excluding shipping.
4) The bonus does not apply to friends who are already Citymob members.
Credit earned from member level referrals and post purchase bonuses can never be converted to cash.
Access constraints as well as the value of rewards (paid in the form of Citymob credit), can be changed at any time, without notice, at the full discretion of Citymob.
From time to time, Citymob may run competitions through its website and other channels. The prizes offered as well as the competition requirements (for winning) may also change from time to time, and will be disclosed during the running of the competition.
Citymob cannot guarantee the quality or the fulfilment of the prizes by third parties. The winner of competitions will be decided by Citymob at its full discretion. Citymob staff and their family members will not be considered for competition winners.
Citymob reserves the right to limit or discontinue the functionality of the site. While we strive to continuously be online, we cannot exclude cases in which the page may be unavailable for a few moments. In rare cases this may cause data loss.
Citymob and participating vendors retain all copyright and other rights to services, as well as listings, information, images, videos, and databases (the "Property Protection"). A modification, reproduction, publication, disclosure to third parties and / or exploitation of the protected property without the prior written consent is expressly prohibited by Citymob.

Citymob reserves the right to revise these terms from time to time. If you disagree with the general terms you cannot use our service. We will notify you if there are any changes to the T's & C's. You will also be required to accept the T's & C's every time you transact on our website.
We reserve the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our services for any reason.
