Shipping & Return Policy

Our shipping and return policy only applies to products, and not coupons.
Shipping
  1. Citymob does not have a physical store. We are an online store and deliver nationwide. We do not allow for order collections from our office or warehouse.
  2. Citymob does not ship to P.O. Boxes, farms or rural areas.
  3. It is mandatory to leave a day time telephone number for us to contact you during delivery hours (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm).
  4. All goods in transit are insured.
  5. All orders are sent packaged in boxes or flyerbags, with no indication as to the contents whatsoever. Your order is discreet.
  6. You can track the status of your order here.
  7. Shipping costs are based on the sub-total cart value of your order.

    *Some items (heavy or large, based on volumetric weight) may carry additional delivery fees. These additional fees are included in the shipping cost upon checkout.
  8. Citymob will from time to time offer promotional shipping rates.
  9. Citymob reserves the right to amend shipping costs at any time. All changes will be disclosed here.
Delivery
  • Delivery time is based on the estimated arrival time of the product(s) in your cart. You'll find this information in the 'Shipping & Returns' tab for each product, on check-out and in the ‘My Orders’ section.
  • In the case of multiple products within one order, your purchases may come from different vendors (and locations) so expect longer delivery times. Your goods will be held in our warehouse until such time as all goods within your order have arrived & been boxed. Only then will your order be dispatched for delivery. Order delivery time is based on the product with the longest estimated delivery time.
  • We do not allow splitting of orders.
  • Should a package not be delivered through no fault of ours (for eg: no-one on premises/unable to answer calls/invalid or incomplete address), we will attempt a second delivery after which if the package is not delivered you will be liable for all additional costs associated with delivering the package to you. Should you want a refund as a result of these failed attempts, you will be refunded the purchase price of the goods less the shipping cost charged and R69 restocking fee.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
  1. In order to maintain our deep discounts, many items are marked "Final Sale". These items may not be returned. Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return prior to purchasing – this can be found in the “shipping & returns” tab within product details.
  2. Certain products bought on Citymob are eligible for return within 7 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. These returns will be subjected to a restocking fee.
  3. Please note that items arriving after the 7 day return deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  4. Eligible products for return will be indicated within my orders.
  5. Exchange requests will be approved at the discretion of Citymob.
  6. Refunds will be made on receipt of the goods less a restocking fee (explained below).
  7. In the event of your item being eligible for return, Citymob offers two return options: Citymob wallet credit or a refund in the original form of payment. Either option will incur a R69 restocking fee. Note: For both oprtions, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
  8. We are unable to accept returns for goods that are not in their original packaging.
  9. We will not accept products returned that are not in perfect working order. These will be returned to sender for your cost.
  10. Once received, we aim to process all returns within 2 weeks. Should you have any queries please contact us.
Returns Process
  1. Check the returns policy for your product within my orders.
  2. If eligible for return, send us an email stating the reason for return, including clear pictures.
  3. The Citymob support team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will email you a completed pdf document for you to print, sign and insert in the returned box. A return cannot be processed without this printed, signed document.
  4. Securely seal your return in the same packaging in which you received it. NB: Even if your product comes in a box (eg: shoes) – you need to place this box in a bigger box and seal this bigger box; so as to not damage the product packaging in any way.
  5. We will arrange our courier to collect the package from you and deliver to our warehouse at Unit 8 Eastborough Office Park, 15 Olympia Street, Marlboro, Gauteng, 2063, South Africa.
  6. Goods must be unused, in their original packaging and will be inspected once received. Only once approved will the refund be processed, less restocking fee.
  7. Returned items will be subject to restocking fee as indicated above.
Exchanges

  7. Exchanged items will be subject to a re-shipping fee of R69. This will need to be paid to us, with proof of payment sent to support@citymob.co.za before the exchange is shipped back to you. Please use your order number as payment reference.
Incorrect/Damaged/Faulty/Late goods

In the case of incorrect/damaged/faulty/late goods – returns are the responsibility of Citymob and the relevant supplier. Please notify us of the incorrect/damaged/ broken/late product within 72 hours of receipt of the good.

Please email support@citymob.co.za with a photo image of the damage. Make sure to keep all original packaging. We will ensure the correct/new product is delivered to you.
